SEVIDENT NETS

Sevident has developed an advanced capture platform, referred to as "NETs," that enables rapid capture and detection of multiple targets of interest in remarkably small sample volumes. As seen in the micro-scale image on the left, our NETs utilize a unique 3-D scaffold to bind targets of interest with exceptional yield and specificity, while avoiding unwanted contamination. NETs are adaptable for single- or multi-target evaluation of virtually any molecule or even cell type of interest, often surpassing sensitivities of pre-existing assays to the femto-molar range. Sevident technology is compatible with a wide variety of downstream applications, and raw sample compatibility allows for sample prep times of less than 30 minutes.
